Francine Persico MSc. OT; OT Reg. (Ont.)

Francine Persico is a registered Occupational Therapist with the College of Occupational Therapist of Ontario. She completed her Masters of Occupational Science and Occupational Therapy at the University of Toronto in 2008 and her Honours Bachelor of Health Sciences at the University of Western Ontario in 2006.
Francine has extensive experience working with preschoolers, school age children and adolescents in home, school, community-based settings and private practice. She has provided occupational therapy assessments, treatment and consultation to children, parents and school board professionals to promote skill development in the areas of gross and fine motor skills, sensory integration, written expression, activities of daily living, play based behaviours and self-regulation.
Francine is passionate about creating a collaborative working relationship with parents and school board professionals in promoting skill development in her clients through practical, easily implemented strategies for both home and school settings. She provides individual and group treatment sessions to children and adolescents affected by Developmental Delays, Gross and Fine motor delays, Learning Disabilities, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, Sensory Processing Disorders, Dysgraphia, Autism Spectrum Disorder and Down Syndrome. Francine also teaches at The University of Toronto’s Occupational Therapy Department teaching labs on sensory processing and family-centered care to Masters students.
Megan Silverhart MSc. OT; OT Reg. (Ont.)

Megan Silverhart is a registered Occupational Therapist with the College of Occupational Therapist of Ontario. Megan completed her Masters of Occupational Science and Occupational Therapy at the University of Toronto in 2009 and has been working in paediatrics since that time.
Megan has extensive experience working in both the clinical and school settings, with clients ranging from babies to adolescents. Megan's practice ranges from assessment to consultation and treatment of children with diagnoses that include Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Developmental Delays, Learning Disabilities, Fine and Gross Motor Delays, feeding challenges, and sensory processing difficulties. Megan additionally consults with the Kindercare Pediatrics and has previous experience working with children with behavioural challenges.
Megan understands the importance of working closely with her families and school professionals and strives to build and maintain such relationships to help her clients reach their full potential. She strives to provide therapy sessions that are creative, enjoyable, and productive for each client, tailored to meet their goals and individual needs. Megan feels fortunate to be working with the paediatric population and their families.
Laura Paulin MSc. OT; OT Reg. (Ont.)

Laura Paulin completed her Masters of Occupational Therapy from the University of Western Ontario in 2008 after completing a Bachelors Degree in Physical Education and Health from the University of Toronto. Laura is a member of good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario and a member of the Ontario Society of Occupational Therapists.
Laura is an experienced Occupational Therapist with a broad background in treating a variety of populations, including youth and adults. Laura brings years of expertise in addressing neurological deficits, concussion rehabilitation, and fine motor skills. Her work spans both community and school settings, where she applies a creative, client-centered approach to treatment. Laura is dedicated to collaborating closely with children, their families, and other support professionals to develop personalized strategies that meet each child's unique needs and goals.
Outside of work, Laura enjoys spending quality time with her family and staying active.
Kathleen Harris MSc. OT; OT Reg. (Ont.)

Kathleen Harris completed her Masters of Occupational Therapy at the University of Toronto after studying kinesiology at Wilfrid Laurier University. Kathleen is a registered Occupational Therapist with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario and a member of the Ontario Society of Occupational Therapists.
Kathleen has worked with diverse client populations, supporting youth and adults throughout the Greater Toronto Area, as well as children in both clinical and school-based environments. Her experience spans a variety of practice settings, allowing her to adapt her approach to meet the unique needs of each individual and family she supports.
She has provided comprehensive assessment, consultation, and intervention services for children with a range of abilities and challenges, including fine and gross motor coordination, motor planning, sensory processing and integration, social-emotional regulation, and executive functioning skills. Kathleen uses a strengths-based, client-centered approach, creating individualized therapy plans that are both engaging and meaningful.
Working collaboratively with families, educators, and other members of the care team, Kathleen combines creativity, compassion, and clinical expertise to create meaningful and engaging therapy experiences. She is passionate about empowering her clients to build confidence, develop practical skills, and achieve success in their daily lives.
Outside of her professional work, Kathleen enjoys spending time outdoors, staying active, and exploring new activities with family and friends.
